Delivery and Returns

We hold every product on our own shelves in the UK, so nothing is coming from overseas and there are no customs charges to pay on arrival.

UK delivery

Standard delivery, £3.95. Royal Mail Tracked 48, arriving in 2 to 4 working days. Free on all orders over £40.

Express delivery, £5.95. Royal Mail Tracked 24, arriving the next working day when ordered before 2pm.

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are posted the same day. Orders placed at the weekend go out on Monday. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Returns

If something is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back. Unopened products are refunded in full to your original payment method within five working days of arriving back with us.

If a product has genuinely disagreed with your skin, write to us even if it is opened. We would rather sort it out than have you keep something you cannot use.

To start a return, email us with your order number and which items you are sending back, and we will reply with the address and instructions.

Damaged or missing items

Send us a photograph along with your order number and we will post a replacement the same working day, at no cost to you. You will not need to return the damaged item.

Packaging

Every order is packed in recyclable card with paper tape and no plastic. Our bottles and jars are glass or aluminium wherever the formula allows it.

International

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. If you are elsewhere and would like Solvane, write to us and we will let you know when we reach you.
