Shipping policy
We hold every product on our own shelves in the United Kingdom, so nothing is shipped from overseas and there are no customs charges to pay on arrival.
WHERE WE DELIVER
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. If you are elsewhere and would like Solvane, message us through the chat and we will let you know when we reach you.
DELIVERY OPTIONS AND COST
Standard delivery, £3.95. Royal Mail Tracked 48, arriving in 2 to 4 working days.
Free standard delivery on all orders over £40.
Express delivery, £5.95. Royal Mail Tracked 24, arriving the next working day when ordered before 2pm on a working day.
DISPATCH TIMES
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are posted the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are posted the next working day.
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Delivery estimates are given in working days, which excludes weekends and bank holidays. They are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed, though the great majority of parcels arrive within them.
IF YOUR PARCEL DOES NOT ARRIVE
Royal Mail does not consider an item lost until 10 working days after the expected delivery date. If your parcel has not arrived by then, message us through the chat with your order number and we will either resend it or refund you.
Please check with neighbours and look for a delivery card first, as parcels are often left safe or with a neighbour.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A further delivery charge may apply.
PACKAGING
Every order is packed in recyclable card with paper tape and no plastic.
