ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil your order we will tell you and refund you in full.
We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if there was a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud.
PRICES
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay.
We try to ensure prices are accurate. If we discover an error in the price of something you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch and you may continue at the correct price or cancel.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including full ingredient lists. Colours and textures may vary slightly between batches because the ingredients are natural and the products are made in small batches. This is normal and is not a fault.
SKIN AND SAFETY
Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. Nothing on this website is medical advice and no product is intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.
Always read the ingredient list before use. If you have sensitive skin, a known allergy, or a skin condition, patch test on your inner arm for 24 hours before use. Stop using a product if irritation occurs and speak to a pharmacist or doctor if it persists.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, check with your midwife or GP before using any product containing active ingredients.
Keep products out of reach of children and away from the eyes.
YOUR RIGHTS
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our returns terms are set out in our refund policy.
LIABILITY
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Otherwise our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the goods concerned.

All content on this website, including text, photographs and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
We try to keep the website available and accurate but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
